These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Dikivo mobile app and the dikivo.app website, published by BjX Tech. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these Terms in full.
They also serve as the end user licence agreement (EULA) required by the app stores.
These Terms are a translation. The French version is the legally binding one in the event of a discrepancy.
1. What the service does
Dikivo supports family daily life. It lets a parent build visual routines for their child, as cards the child ticks off one by one, with stars and a reward chosen by the parent.
Dikivo is not a medical device. It produces no diagnosis, offers no treatment and replaces no health, education or early years professional. If you have concerns about a child's health or development, consult a qualified professional.
2. Access
2.1 Who can open an account
The app is intended for adults. To create an account you must be of legal age and hold parental authority, or a delegation of it, over the children whose profiles you create.
Child profiles are not accounts: they have no login, no password and no independent access to the service. The child uses the parent's device, in child mode.
2.2 Creating an account
- You provide a valid email address and a password, or sign in with Google or Apple.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
- The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
2.3 Household and second parent
An account may invite a second adult into the same household. Both accounts then see the same children, routines and history. By inviting someone, you confirm that you are entitled to share the household's children information with them.
3. Free and paid plans
3.1 What the free plan includes
The free plan has no time limit and requires no payment method. It gives access to one child and one full routine, with the cards, child mode, the stars and one reward.
3.2 Paid plans
Paid plans lift the creation limits (number of children and routines) and unlock the full independence report and the reward path.

The amounts above are reference prices, in euros and inclusive of tax. The price charged to you is the one shown by your store at the time of purchase, in your currency and with local taxes. It may therefore differ from these amounts.
The yearly plan works out at about €1.25 a month, the price of 5 months on the monthly plan. Lifetime access is worth about 2 years of the yearly plan, paid once. These comparisons are given for guidance.
3.3 Free trial
The monthly and yearly plans may be offered with a 7 day free trial. At the end of the trial the subscription continues automatically at the current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
3.4 Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Payment is collected by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, never directly by BjX Tech.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation is done in your Apple or Google account settings, not inside Dikivo.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: access remains open until then.
- Refund requests are governed by App Store or Google Play policy.
- Lifetime access is a one off purchase: it never renews and is never charged again.
3.5 Price changes
Prices may change. An increase never applies to a running subscription without notice and, where the store requires it, without your consent. The lifetime purchase is never renewed or charged again.
4. Right of withdrawal
Because the service is delivered immediately after purchase, you agree that performance starts at once and acknowledge that you therefore lose your fourteen day right of withdrawal for the period already used, under article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code. App Store and Google Play refund policies still apply.
5. Your commitments
When using Dikivo you agree:
- to enter only information you are entitled to enter;
- not to circumvent the technical limits of the service or attempt to access data that is not yours;
- not to use the app for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
- not to extract, copy or reuse the app's content beyond private family use.
In the event of a serious breach, account access may be suspended after notice and, except in urgent cases, a prior formal request to comply.
6. Intellectual property
The app, the website, their content and illustrations, the character Diki and the Dikivo brand are the property of BjX Tech. You are granted a personal, non exclusive, non transferable right of use for as long as you use the service.
The routines, names and content you enter remain yours. You grant BjX Tech the strictly technical right to host and display them in order to provide the service.
7. Availability and liability
BjX Tech takes reasonable steps to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or external causes.
BjX Tech cannot be held liable for the educational, behavioural or family consequences of using the app, nor for data loss resulting from a deletion you requested yourself. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.
8. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may change. Any substantial change is announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, write to contact@dikivo.app so we can look for an amicable solution. Failing that, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform. French courts have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules.
